◆Own booth decorations
Basic booths are provided by the organizer with walls separating them from neighboring booths and a booth number display board. Booth decorations are to be arranged and paid for by each exhibitor.(Booths do not come with company name panels, carpets, desks, chairs, power supply, or light fittings, etc.)The Sewage Works Exhibition the Executive Office does, however, offer booth packages and rental supplies.◆Installing electricity supply
Exhibitors requiring electricity supply should contact the Sewage Works Exhibition Executive Office by email. Power supply cables will be laid to the pertinent booths and a switch installed. Exhibitors are liable for installation work costs and electricity usage fees. Secondary wiring work (i.e., connecting to the power supply switch within the booth) is to be arranged and paid for by each exhibitor.◆Water supply, wastewater, and compressed air
Exhibitors requiring water supply, wastewater drainage, and compressed air for demonstrations should contact the Sewage Works Exhibition Executive Office by email. “Mains” supply will be installed to the vicinity of booths.Exhibitors are liable for installation work costs and usage fees.Exhibitors are liable for installation work costs and usage fees. Secondary plumbing work (i.e., connecting the booth to the nearby supply) is to be arranged and paid for by each exhibitor. Exhibitors requiring internet connection should contact the Sewage Works Exhibition Executive Office by email. Exhibitors are liable for connection work costs and usage fees.◆ Promotion among JSWA members, sponsors, and supporters
We will encourage members of Japan Sewage Works Association and its sponsors and supporting organizations to attend.
◆ Posters and pamphlets
We will create printed materials for display at national and local governments, and related organizations. We will also distribute promotional pamphlets among participants in relevant conferences and events to encourage attendance.
◆ Media exposure: newspapers, magazines, public transport, etc.
We will place advertisements and editorial content in the organizer’s periodical and on its website, and will advertise in newspapers and magazines, and on public transport to encourage attendance among the general public.
◆ Advance PR through Web enhancement.
From the top page of the Sewage Works Exhibition official website, which has over 700,000 PV views, to the exhibition introduction page (electronic version of the guidebook). One click access is now available! By drastically increasing the number of views to each exhibitor, the number of visitors will increase.
◆ Attracting overseas companies and groups
We will leverage our international network to encourage participation and attendance by members of industry groups such the (US) Water Environment Federation, the European Water Association, and the Korea Water and Wastewater Works Association. We will also hold a variety of concurrent events, including international symposia, to attract visitors from overseas.
◆ Promotion via industry journals
We will call on industry journals—i.e., Nihon Suido Shimbunsha, Suido Sangyo Shimbunsha, Kankyoshimbunsha, and Kokyo Toshi Journal—to place editorial content to promote the exhibition and encourage attendance.
◆ Visitors to be issued barcode IDs
Each visitor will be issued an ID card bearing a barcode. These will be scanned upon entry and exit for efficient learning of visitor numbers and demographics.
◆ Advance registration for smoother processing
We will encourage visitors to register in advance at the official exhibition website and print out their barcode ID ahead of time to ensure smooth venue entry. Visitors who register in advance will go into a draw to win fabulous prizes.

● The Sewage Works Exhibition ‘20 Osaka will be held from August 18th (Tuesday) to 21st (Friday), and from August 16th (Sunday) to 17th (Mon).
This season is between the end of the Olympics and
the Paralympic Games. Therefore, it is expected that the following points will be difficult to arrange.
Thank you for your consideration as soon as possible.
1.Securing accommodation facilities (It may be difficult for overseas travelers to secure)
2.Securing vehicles for transporting products, etc. to the Osaka venue (During construction, it may overlap with the Bon Festival period, which may make it difficult to secure vehicles)
3.External human resources arrangement (If you request a staffing company for companions, management staff, part-time workers, etc., it may be difficult to secure local human resources.)
